Have you ever been talking to someone or giving a presentation and didn’t have a clue as to how it was going over? Have you ever been negotiating a deal and discovered you were completely mistaken about what the customer or supplier wanted or was giving you?

Students take away a basic understanding of how people communicate in person,  through electronic mediums and what messages are left unstated in those communications both online and off.
