Payment Terms

SSL encryption is employed to protect sensitive data. Transactions will appear on your card statement as Rising Media Ltd (Registered office: Unit 36, 88-90 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8PN). Your card will be debited immediately upon completion of the transaction. We ensure confidential handling of all customer data received. Please print out all transaction data and keep it at an easily accessible place. An invoice will be issued as soon as the cardholders payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy

All payments must be made on or before the first day of the Summit. If you intend to pay by purchase order, it must be authorised by eMetrics Marketing Optimization Summit in advance. Attendee substitutions are permitted without charge. Cancellations made on or prior to 12th October, 2012 will incur a cancellation fee of £150. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after 12th October, 2012.

If for reasons of Force Majeure the Event cannot take place as scheduled the Organiser reserves the right to reschedule the Event to a date and place of its choosing.

*Conferences that take place in the UK are liable for UK VAT as they are classified under VAT legislation as 'services supplied where performed' and therefore VAT of the country hosting the conference must be charged. Overseas delegates must pay the VAT charged on their invoice initially but can potentially reclaim this back from the UK VAT office.
