eMetrics Marketing Optimization Summit 2010
What's New?
Going Back and Looking Forward
Going back? In this topsy-turvy, never static, incessantly on the move industry, I want to go back?
Yes, I'm going back to the early days of the eMetrics Marketing Optimization Summit when every speaker was an expert in the field. In Washington D.C. last year, I shifted gears and filled the stage with Big Brand Names. We heard from Booz Allen Hamilton, FedEx, Ford, HP, Motorola, NBC, NPR and a lot more. This time, in San Jose (May 3-7) we're going back to our roots and hearing from thought leaders.
Don't worry, we're still going to get those great first-person stories from Allstate, Dell, Digg, Expedia, IBM, Intuit, Kaiser Permanente, MTV, National Institute of Health, Nokia, Salesforce.com, Slideshare, Yahoo! and the like.
But in San Jose, we're putting the people who really know this stuff front and center: Avinash Kaushik, Eric T Peterson, Bryan Eisenberg, Jim Novo, Gary Angel, Jason Burby, Mike Grehan, Alex Langshur, Barbara Coll, Vicky Brock, Caleb Whitmore, Stephane Hamel, Jennifer Veesenmeyer, Tim Ash, Eric Siegel and yes, even more.
So what's new? Can you spell Social Media Metrics??
- The first keynote is Jim Sterne on Social Media Metrics
- We've created a whole Social Media Metrics Track
- Avinash Kaushik discusses Social Media Metrics in his keynote
- We have another keynote Social Media Metrics Panel
- Social Media Metrics is part of the conversation in presentations about
We're also putting the emphasis back on networking. This time, we're including two Round Table Discussion sessions. If social media has taught us anything, it's that letting people talk to people is always the best policy!
It's time for the latest and greatest.
- New Ideas
- Original Approaches
- Fresh Perspectives
- Up-to-the-Minute Insights
We are looking back at what made the eMetrics Marketing Optimization Summit great to start with, in order to see what's right around the corner.
I look forward to seeing you there and encourage you to register now. Jim SterneSanta Barbara
