Payment Terms

SSL encryption is employed to protect sensitive data. Transactions will appear on your card statement as Rising Media Ltd (Registered office: 57 Winslow Road, London W6 9SF).

Your card will be debited immediately upon completion of the transaction. We ensure confidential handling of all customer data received. Please print out all transaction data and keep it at an easily accessible place. An invoice will be issued as soon as the cardholders payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy & Terms

You may cancel your attendance by notifying our registration department by fax at +49 89 921 85034 or email by 8 August, 2012. Your registration will be refunded less a €150 processing fee.

Cancellations after 8 August, 2012 are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person at any time by emailing .
