| Workshop Schedule: | All three workshops are from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm October 12th There will be a 90 minute lunch break and two 15-minute coffee breaks. DMA08 Keynote lunch featuring Joseph Jaffe included. |

Workshop I: Introduction to Web Analytics
Whether you are new to web analytics, new to web management or just need to be sure that you are seeing the forest for the trees, this is the best place to get grounded in the basics. This workshop will give you the high level overview of web analytics you need to make your website more valuable to your company.
Workshop II: Web Analytics for Site Optimization
How do you make your website better? If this is your challenge, then this is the workshop you’ve been waiting for. You have some experience, but now it’s time to learn more about the business goals and Key Performance Indicators of site optimization, the available tools and the processes needed to make it all work.
Workshop III: Online Marketing Campaign Measurement
This workshop provides an overview of online campaign management needed to make sure you know where to shift your online spend for greatest impact. It will provide the knowledge, the language and the insights you need to work with your team, your agency and your media buyers and will prepare you for answering management questions about the impact of your online spend.
