User Experience (UX) is no longer an afterthought for the graphic designer. Data can reveal what people do, but not why they do it – and understanding WHY is critical to innovation. While data mining is a part of the process of developing customer intelligence’, human behavior is nuanced and complex, and even a wicked data powerhouse can only provide part of the story.
In this workshop Matt helps you understand and choose qualitative competencies and tools that help you reach organizational goals such as using persona based segments and customer archetypes to humanize quantitative data with needs, motivation and desires for relevant segments. Learn how to get your quantitative and qualitative teams working together to answer the right questions.
