The premise of the show is customizing a vehicle to reflect the unique interests and preferences of the people who are going to drive them.
Pimping reports is similar in that the goal of report creation should be about customizing reports for the people who are going to use them. If you want reports that people act on, they have to be meaningful and if you want to drive action in your companies, you have to go beyond canned reporting options and learn how to Pimp Your Reports!

Erin Cropper is a Senior Consultant with Stratigent, where she is responsible for leading webanalytics and online marketing projects for many key accounts. Erin specializes in strategic roadmap and KPI development, and also leads a number of dashboard design and development projects.
Erin is one of Stratigent's primary training resources, and frequently presents on a wide variety of training topics to companies in many verticals. She has obtained technical certifications for several web analytics technologies including: Omniture Certified Professional Implementation, WebTrends Technical SupportEngineer, Google Analytics IQ, and is an Optimost certified professional. Prior to joining the team at Stratigent, Erin worked as a technical Support Specialist at Indiana University. She earned her BS in Informatics from Indiana University.
