Shane Atchison co-founded ZAAZ in 1998. Shane has lead efforts to develop compelling online experiences for clients such as Disney, Fox Television Network, Microsoft, National Geographic, PBS, Warner Brothers, Boeing and Washington Mutual. At ZAAZ, Shane's responsibilities range from setting the company's overall strategy to working with clients, leading partnerships and fostering the internal culture of the company.

Matthew Berk, Founder and CTO, Open List

Jason Burby, Director of Web Analytics, ZAAZ

Jason Burby's team helps improve clients' sites beginning with analyzing the behavior of site visitors. He works closely with ZAAZ clients to understand overall web site goals and then creates applicable web metrics to measure site success and site under-performance. Before joining ZAAZ, he managed the Internet division of one of the nation's largest full-service commodity brokerages.

Shari Cleary, Research Manager, CBS.com

Shari Cleary is the Research Manager for CBSNEWS.COM, CBS.COM and UPN.COM. Mrs. Cleary has worked in Marketing Research since 1997, and specifically in the field of Web analytics since 1999 when she joined comScore Media Metrix, an Internet audience measurement company. At Media Metrix, Mrs. Cleary was a Research Analyst and was also responsible for training Media Metrix Analysts worldwide. Mrs. Cleary graduated from the School of Management at Binghamton University, State University of New York, with a concentration in Marketing.

Sam Decker, Senior Manager, Marketing & eBusiness, Enterprise Transactional Group, Dell

Sam drove 4x growth in online conversion rates and consumer online sales of over $3 billion for Dell Consumer eBusiness. He launched Dell’s Consumer CRM & Segmentation team and is a lifelong student of continuous marketing improvement through statistical analysis and creativity. He is also author of “301-do-it-yourself Marketing Ideas” and “How to Market with Computer User Groups.”

Bryan Eisenberg, Co-Founder, Future Now, Inc.

At Future Now, Inc., Bryan has been helping companies incorporate expert persuasion techniques into website design, email marketing, development and implementation. He is the publisher of Future Now's award-winning newsletter GrokDotCom, is the author of the weekly ClickZ column "ROI Marketing".

Bryan teaches at Roy H William's Wizard Academy and is a co-author of "Persuasive Online Copywriting" and "The Marketer's Common Sense Guide to E-Metrics". Bryan also is an inventor of Persuasion Architecture for which a patent is pending.

Jeffrey Eisenberg, Co-Founders, Future Now, Inc.

Jeffrey has become a well respected expert in the field of eBusiness. Jeffrey is a co- inventor of MAPTM, the proprietary version of Persuasion Architecture that is patent pending. Previous to co-founding Future Now., Jeffrey developed his expertise in offline sales and marketing as well as in sales and marketing management and training working for companies like Central National Bank, NYFX, GWC and Bridges East Africa.

Johnanna Gusner, Research Manager, MSN Marketplaces

Johanna is a Research Manager for MSN Marketplaces, and handles primary and secondary research for MSN Shopping and Windows Marketplace. A five-year Microsoft veteran, she focuses on the ways in which real-time data can be used to drive strategic business decision-making and tactical site improvements.

In her role managing analytics and primary research, she combines focus group research, standard KPI measurements, and clickstream analysis to improve customer satisfaction and drive positive ROI. Specific interests include path analysis to eliminate dead ends and increase engagement, integrating expected user behaviors (such as back button usage) into path flow across websites.

Avinash Kaushik, Sr. Manager of Web Research & Analytics, Intuit

In his role at Intuit Avinash is responsible for the business, technical and strategic elements of the Web Research & Analytics platform that supports more than 50 Intuit websites. Prior to joining Intuit in 2002 his professional career has focused on Decision Support Systems at Fortune 500 companies such as DirecTV Broadband, Silicon Graphics Inc & DHL.

Neil Mason, Director of Analytical Consulting, Foviance

Neil joined Foviance as part of an acquisition of Applied Insights whom he was director and co-founder. With 25 years of in-depth industry experience in marketing analytics and strategy, Neil leads Foviance's analytical consulting practice. This delivers an enhanced digital marketing analytics capability to both Foviance's and Applied Insights existing and future clients.

Jeannie Moran, Director of Analysis and Reporting, Hilton Hotels

Jeannie has been with Hilton Hotels for over 5 years where she tracks performance for the Hilton Family of Brands websites (Hilton Hotels, Conrad Hotels, Doubletree, Embassy Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Hapmpton Inn, and Homewood Suites).

Prior to joining Hilton Hotels Corporation, Jeannie worked for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) serving their financial client, Bank One Texas to better serve their clients with online bank statement through the ATM and fraudulent detective systems. Jeannie has been working with Fortune 500 company for nearly 10 years.

Jim Novo, Owner, The Drilling Down Project

Jim is an interactive customer retention, defection, and loyalty expert with nearly 20 years of experience generating exceptional returns on customer marketing program investments. His professional career has been focused on introducing Data-Driven marketing to new industries from cable television in the 80’s to TV shopping in the 90’s and now the Internet.

Bassel Ojjeh, Vice President of Strategic Data Solutions, Yahoo!

Bassel is responsible of building technologies that leverage Yahoo data for marketing solutions and increasing network relevance for consumers. Prior to Yahoo, Bassel co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer of DMX Group and digiMine, Inc. (now Revenue Science, Inc.), delivering Business Intelligence and Data Mining products and services to the Fortune 100.

Bassel was responsible for all eCommerce related components in Microsoft's Commerce Server Product, including Data Warehousing, Analysis, Data Mining, Advertising Server, Analysis, Personalization, User Management and Direct Marketing. He worked on systems including MSN Advertising Server and the first scalable web data warehousing/decision support systems for Microsoft Internet properties (MSN, MSNBC, Expedia and CarPoint). One of the original developers at Fox Software, Inc., Bassel was also responsible for the IT infrastructure in all twenty locations in six countries where Fox Software operated.

Eric T. Peterson, Industry Analyst, JupiterResearch

Eric is a Site Technology and Operations analyst covering content management systems, customer facing search and web measurement technologies. Peterson's professional background is almost entirely in web analytics having previously worked for WebTrends, WebCriteria and WebSideStory. He is the author of the widely-read Web Analytics Demystified and upcoming O'Reilly book "Web Site Measurement Hacks" which features two-dozen industry collaborators including Jim Sterne, Jim Novo and Bryan Eisenberg.
